Delete your account and data

In the app or on the website

• Open Account and sign in.
• Tap Delete account, then confirm.

This deletes right away: your account and email, your password, your scan history, your reminders, your free-scan records and all your sign-in sessions. You are signed out.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on the web in Account › Manage subscription; for the App Store or Google Play, in your store’s subscription settings.

Can’t sign in?

Email info@prediturk.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Nothing linked to you. Payment records kept by Stripe, Apple or Google are kept by them as the law requires.
